In particular, her practice focuses on all aspects estate planning, business succession planning, asset protection, estate and trust administration, and guardianship proceedings.
In the area of estate planning, Kimberly Loveland counsels individuals regarding the preparation of wills and trusts and the creation of family limited partnerships and other entities, with an emphasis on minimizing estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes.
Kimberly received her J.D. from University of Miami School of Law in 2013, magna cum laude; and her LLM in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law in 2014. Kimberly is licensed to practice law in Florida and Texas.
