Gary B. Leuchtman opened Leuchtman Law in January 2014 after spending more than thirty (30) years as a partner at Beggs & Lane, RLLP. Mr Leuchtman is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts & Estates. He served on the Wills, Trust & Estates Certification Committee of the Florida Bar for 18 years (having chaired that committee in 2001-2002, 2009-2010 and 2019-2020).

He also served 12 years as a member of the Probate Rules Committee of the Florida Bar (chairing the General Rules Subcommittee for most of those years). Mr. Leuchtman provides personal client service and has developed one of the most sophisticated and experienced estate planning practices in Northwest Florida.

He provides representation in all matters related in this area, including Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate and Trust Administration, Estate and Trust Litigation, Asset Protection, Taxes, Business Planning, Charitable Planning and Exempt Organization representation.
